Serco is currently preparing bids for this ERSS Framework opportunity. We are now looking for suitable sub-contractors to form an effective supply chain and are inviting EOIs from organisations with specialist knowledge and experience of working with:

· Families with multiple needs
· Longterm unemployed, particularly cross-generational worklessness within families
· Young people
· Lone parents and/or
· Offenders and their families.
We are looking to develop a model that takes a ‘whole family' approach and to build a supply chain that can offer a holistic service to support family members nearer to and even into employment.
