Funding is available through the European Commission Youth in Action programme to support co-operation in the youth sector, between Youth in Action Programme Countries and Partner Countries other than those which are neighbours of the European Union. The priority for this year is promoting dialogue and exchange between the youth sectors in Europe and China.

The programme is aimed at people working in the youth sector who are interested in running projects which promote co-operation in the youth field - this could be youth workers, youth leaders, young people themselves and other parties involved in youth organisations and structures.
