The National Council for Voluntary Youth Services (NCVYS), has launched a Share and Learn Grant Scheme to support voluntary and community sector front-line organisations delivering services to children, young people and families. The aim is for organisations to share experiences of supporting and developing staff and volunteers and to enable other front-line organisations to learn from their practice.

There will be 13 Workforce Development Champions who will share information about their work and host learning visits, and grants to 26 front-line organisations (known as Learning Partners) to take part in learning visits.

The deadline for applications as Champions is the 16 December 2010 and for Learning Partners the deadline is 14 January 2011.
