As previously reported, the People's Postcode Trust opened for applications on 11 October 2010. See the earlier post here.
There have been some changes to the criteria:

All projects must be for three months in duration, but organisations will now have six months from the receipt of an award in which to spend the funds.

The current deadline for projects over £2,000 is 5pm on Wednesday 10 November 2010, but applications for projects under £2,000 will now be accepted on a rolling basis.
