Humber Learning Consortium (HLC) is offering a free diagnostic and training brokerage service for community groups in South Yorkshire.

The service, which is part of HLC's Community Grants scheme, is targeted at small third sector organisations who deliver (or wish to deliver) learning activities for workless adults facing disadvantage and exclusion from the labour market.

Organisations must have an annual turnover under £300k, employ no more than 9 full-time equivalent staff and not be in receipt of direct mainstream funding (e.g. ESF/DWP). Groups that have already received a Community Grant should contact HLC to see if they are eligible to receive this additional support.
