The War Memorials Trust offers grants for the repair and conservation of existing war memorials in the UK. There are two grant schemes running in England, the small grants scheme which offers grants of up to £2,500, and the Grants for War Memorials scheme funded by English Heritage and the Wolfson Foundation, which offers 50% project costs up to £20,000.

There are no application for the small grants scheme, but the Grants for War Memorials scheme has application deadlines of 31 March and 30 September each year. You initially need to fill out an expression of interest form to find out if you will be eligible to apply.
