The Drinkaware Trust offers grants for alcohol awareness raising There are three levels of grant available for organisations working with people aged under 18, or between 25 and 44, around issues of alcohol misuse and education. The funds are:

Ideas Fund - up to £2,000 for community-based projects needing support to work out an initial idea before applying for a larger award, or for development work by organisations looking at larger alcohol awareness or education initiatives

Awareness Projects - up to £25,000 to help with project costs, resources or publicity for work that is already developed. For projects that undertake direct work with individuals and the community. The Trust is particularly interested to hear from projects that have had a positive impact on tackling attitudes to drinking

Big Impact Awards - up to £100,000 to help larger scale projects have more impact or to reach a wider audience. Proposals need to show the impact of an organisation's work, and how it contributes to alcohol awareness and education. The Trust is interested in projects that have a national influence. There should be a strong component of direct work with individuals and the community.

Project costs can be funded on a full cost recovery basis, but core and capital costs are not eligible.
