The Home Office Communities against Gangs, Guns and Knives Fund, mentioned in a previous posting in February, is now open, and the closing date is 15 April 2011. Funding is for two years.

Applications are invited from voluntary and community sector organisations working with young people aged 10-19 years, and/or their younger siblings to prevent gun, gang and knife crime and/or to help young people get out of violent offending.
