Sheffield City Council's Short Breaks programme has launched a capital small grants programme through the Aiming High funding scheme.

The programme gives organisations the opportunity to apply for capital funding of between £5,000 and £25,000. The funding is to be used to enhance provision for disabled children and young people.
The closing date for applications is 1 October 2010 and all money must be spent by 31 March 2011.
