The annual Adult Learners' Week Awards, co-ordinated by niace, recognise adult learners that have transformed their lives through learning.
There are two main award categories:

•  Outstanding Individual Learner

•  Inspiring Learning Projects

In addition this year, there are also various special awards.
The projects awards are open to any organisation providing learning opportunities for people aged 18 or over, and must have been running for a minimum of nine months as at 28 January 2011 and be ongoing.
Nominations close at 5pm on 28 January 2011.
