Here's an interesting article we have found about the Big Lottery Fund programme Reaching Communities. The article, by Sophie Hudson at Third Sector Online, features Paul Jones, the Big Lottery Fund head of region for Yorkshire and the Humber, talking about how many applications are received a week that are incomplete and how many completed applications are put through to the next stage. It also talks about what types of projects the Fund are keen to support, and the reluctance to support larger projects, which he defined as projects asking for more than £100,000 a year.
