Plunkett Foundation, which supports co-operatives and social enterprises in rural communities, is tendering for a research partner.In this role, the researcher will take the existing theory and research into consumer behaviour and turn it into a practical application relating to local food purchasing. The work will identify the most effective routes to changing consumer behaviour in the current economic and environmental climate, with focus on opportunities for community food enterprises, and how these can be used as sources of change.
