The British Heart Foundation is looking for project that could make a real difference to people living with a heart condition, or those who are at high risk of heart disease, through their Help a Heart Grant.

Voluntary and community groups can apply for between £300 and £2,000, for projects which improve the quality of life for heart patients or their carers, or promote healthier lifestyles. They have previously funded projects around self help, sport, dance, exercise, and healthy eating.

Projects must be patient led, and the more evidence of patient involvement and need there is, the stronger the application will be.
