Cycle 4 of the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) Get Connected Fund will be opening in November 2010. Get Connected is a support programme to help care providers for adults in England to access information and communication technology (ICT) more effectively.

The fund is open to:

•  Registered providers or social care organisations who were eligible for cycles 1, 2 or 3 of the Get Connected Fund

•  Registered social care providers with 50 or more full-time equivalent staff who wish to extend the use of their ICT resources to include independent personal assistants or staff from micro or small organisations (private or voluntary) to support their learning, training and professional development.
