British Gas is making £500,000 available to community renewable energy projects in grants of up to £100,000 through the Energyshare Fund. Projects need to register on the website, then drum up as much support as possible on the site. Projects with the most support will then be selected to go through to the next round. You have until the end of May to register on the site and get as much support as possible.

Deadline: 31 May 2011 (to register and gather support)
