Doncaster CVS are offering small grants to raise awareness of the Digital Switchover in Doncaster. Grants of £100 - £3,000 are available, with most grants expected to be £500, to fund events, activities and initiatives that will help get information out about the switchover.

Any community group or voluntary organisation can apply for a grant.

Doncaster CVS staff can go out to your group to give a presentation on the Digital Switchover and to answer any questions your members may have.

The Digital Switchover has already started in the Yorkshire region. The majority of Yorkshire is served by the Emley Moor transmitter, which is is not due to start the switchover until 7 September 2011, so there is still time to apply for a grant and to have an event.
