The Commonwealth Foundation is inviting filmmakers from across the Commonwealth to submit a proposal for a short film about relationships.

The theme of relationships can be explored in many different ways, whether it be inter-racial, inter-generational or within and between the sexes. The theme should be relevant to both the filmmaker and their community.

Individuals or groups of filmmakers wishing to apply must complete an application form, including a treatment and proposal for the film itself. Applicants must be over 18 years of age, and may apply for funding of between £3,000 and £8,000 for their film.
