The Cable&Wireless Worldwide Foundation aims to have up to £300,000 available to support registered charities that are interested in using communications technology to help improve the lives of people with special needs, be that physical, mental, behavioural and / or learning needs. As well as funding, the foundation will provide access to Cable&Wireless's expertise in communications. Even though the fund is open worldwide, the UK and India are it's two largest bases.
