Blitz, from The Bond Hotel Group, subsidises short breaks in Blackpool and St Annes for those living with a disability and their carers.

Blitz is also hoping to make a substantial contribution towards an organised group break for 8 or more people living with a disability, which appears to be aimed at care homes.

If you fill in the application form on behalf of someone else, you need to ensure the details provided are of the person whom Blitz will contact regarding the funding as and when it becomes available. Groups need to complete just one application.
