The Rugby Football Foundation supports investment in community rugby football facilities. All clubs at levels 5 and below in the English Clubs Rugby Union Championship are eligible to apply to the fund.

The Foundation offers two types of financial support:

* Ground Match grant scheme - offers grants from £1,500 - £5,000. Grants are offered on a 50:50 match funding basis
* Interest Free Loan Scheme - offers loans of up to £100,000.
