On Sunday 18th July you are invited to have lunch with your neighbours - in streets, parks, gardens, car parks... The best part of a million people did it last year and loved it. Join them for the second annual event and help put a smile back on Britain's face. It is a wonderful opportunity for community groups to let the neighbours know what they are up to.
