Sector Solutions has only 5 development visits left available for Third Sector organisations in the region. The visits are a great way to clarify your organisations strengths and weaknesses, as well as identify the opportunities and threats of your current market. The visits are also a great way for Sector Solutions to outline their strategic direction and how members will be included in the short and long term future. The consultations will take no more than 2 hours, are free of charge, and will result in a tailored report highlighting a strategic direction and appropriate operational advice (including funding advice, cost cutting and qualifications/accreditations). Visits will be allocated on a first come first served basis, so please don't hesitate to get in touch.
